We MoreIdeas.ae provide our services to all our users of this website subject to the following Terms and Conditions are given hereinbelow.
Returns Policy
We will entertain and honor all requests for return in the following cases where the return is for products that are damaged during transit, defective, wrong delivery of the product, incomplete or tampered packing. Return for request in all cases are to be made by you within 48 hours of your receiving the product. Returns are not possible in all other cases where the return request is received after this stipulated time frame of 48 hours. Replacement is subject to the availability of that product with the suppliers at that time. In case of non-availability of the product refund in full will be made. The product is to be returned by the customer in it’s original – unused condition. The product is to be returned with all it’s original packaging, price tags, labels, box, and other accessories items if any. Invoice is also to be returned after retaining a copy for their record.
Refund Payment
The refund will be made to you in the same mode of payment the order was placed.
Changes & Cancellation
Once your order is completed in our website the sales is considered to be final and any request for its changes or cancellation are not allowed. We reserve our right and in our sole discretion to entertain any such request for cancellation or changes as a very special case provided such request for cancellation is possible at our end and the cancellation request is made well before the shipment of the product.

We, MoreIdeas.ae reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product in our website, and in our sole discretion for any reasons including a listing of an incorrect price, the non-availability of the product at that time or for any other reasons without any liability on our part. This is regardless of our confirming your order and we have received the payment for the sale. In such cases refund will be made in full.
| Refund can be applied for within 15 days of delivery of the device/SD cards (in case of Offline Program) / Activation of the Program (in case of the online streaming program) by sending an email to support.byjus@moreideas.com.kw. | Before processing refund, any product delivered to the Customer including SD Card (if any), learning kits (Including original Packing), etc should be returned to our office by the customer. The tablet PC needs to be returned in good condition along with its cover/charger and other accessories that comes along with the product. | In case the invoice amount is paid by cheque, our service or products shall be made available only after the realization of cheque.
